This summer, Elena Cianciolo reached out to the Jackson County Historical Society to inquire about her Eagle Scout service project. Elena led this project in honor of her great-grandparents, John and Lottie Cianciolo, both of whom were steadfast 1859 Jail volunteers before their passing earlier this year.
