JCHS Shares German History at KC Oktoberfest

The Jackson County Historical Society was invited to attend KC Oktoberfest at Crown Center presented by KC Bier Company this past weekend on October 1st-2nd.

Board members and staff met with guests to educate visitors about the Society and share our traveling exhibit on German migration to Jackson County. The traveling exhibit was made possible by a grant from Freedom’s Frontier.

We look forward to making this traveling exhibit available throughout Jackson County in the future.
