JCHS Journal index of nearly 1,000 articles available online

The Jackson County Historical Society has been publishing a local history journal since 1958.

That's a lot of local history.

We recently posted a downloadable index listing every JCHS Journal article published from 1958 to 2009 which contains nearly 1,000 entries. The Excel file is searchable and is highly indexed.

You can download the file and see what we previously have written about. 

Copies of earlier year Journal articles are available from the JCHS offices. A nominal fee ($1 per page) may be charged to duplicate and share requested articles.

Recent copies of the The Jackson County Historical Society Journal are available through our website. 

Look for our new expanded Journal in July. The 32-page publication includes a variety of articles which should be of interest.
