There is lots of excitement about baseball.​

The Kansas City Royals are winning - that seems rather historic on its own terms - but the really historic event is the release of the new Jackie Robinson movie.​

This is an important American story - integration of the major league baseball - with a Kansas City connection: Robinson played for the Kansas City Monarchs.

There is a great program about this on April 13th at the Negro League Baseball Museum.
