41st Annual Missouri Town 1855 Fall Festival of Arts, Crafts and Music

October 1 & 2 --  discover why this popular annual fall even has been a family tradition for thousands over the past 40 years!  Scores of volunteers and staff bring the antebellum living history site to life with music, dance, games, crafts and delicious food.  Skilled interpreters will demonstrate various crafts appropriateto the period.  Children will be thrilled with the games and craft areas.  A full service food court will offer traditional festival culinary delights.  Enjoy a peaceful hay wagon ride with the entire family.  Watch sorghum being harvested, ground and then boiled to form exquisite syrup.  Skilled crafters and artisans will offer those special "one-of-a-kind" treasures, the perfect opportunity to start holiday shopping.  Piping hot cider, fragrant wood fires and unique architecture make this the ideal family autumn outing!   $7.00 Adult admission, $4.00 youth & seniors, Under 5 free.
